Women's Swim & Dive Heads to NCAA Championships

ATLANTA – The University of Missouri women's swimming and diving team is set to compete at the 2022 NCAA Division I Women's Swimming and Diving Championships, held March 16-19 in Atlanta.
The Tigers open competition on Wednesday, with the 200 medley relay at 5 p.m. CT. Swimming prelims will start at 9 a.m. CT on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, followed by finals at 5 p.m. all three days. Diving prelims are slated for 11:15 a.m. CT on Saturday.
Four Tigers will represent Mizzou individually. Seniors Megan Keil and Sarah Thompson and junior Meredith Rees all earned bids as individual swimmers. Juniors Amy Feddersen and Alex Moderski, sophomore Sierra Smith and freshman Taylor Williams will swim in relays only. Senior Sarah Rousseau will be the Tigers' lone diver at the Championships.
All four days of competition will be streamed on ESPN3. Live results will be available online, on Meet Mobile and on DiveMeets.com.

NOTES
- Two Tigers are seeded in the top-16. Thompson is seeded 9th in the 100 back and 13th in both the 50 free and 100 fly. Rees is the 16 seed in the 100 back.
- The Tigers finished ninth at the SEC Championships in February.
- Thompson, Keil and Rees have all qualified for the NCAA Championships every season they have been at Mizzou.
- Rousseau will make her second NCAA appearance on platform.
LAST SEASON
The Mizzou women finished in 18th place with 79 points at the 2021 NCAA Championships. Two Tiger relays earned All-America honors, with the 200 free relay earning First Team and the 200 medley relay earning Honorable Mention.
Thompson earned First Team All-America accolades in the 50 free and Honorable Mention accolades in the 100 back. Keil and Rees both received All-America Honorable Mention honors in the 50 free and 100 back, respectively.
