Mizzou Baseball Falls in Series Finale at Grand Canyon

The Tigers will play their home opener next weekend against Omaha

PHOENIX – Mizzou Baseball (1-3) completed its season-opening series at Grand Canyon, dropping the final game of the trip 10-2, Sunday afternoon.

The Tigers' runs came on a single swing from redshirt senior Brandt Belk, hitting a two-run homer in the fifth inning. Mizzou used eight pitchers in the contest, highlighted by freshman Ian Lohse, who pitched 2.1 innings in relief.
