Tigers set to face Razorbacks

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Volleyball (4-18, 1-8 SEC) is embarking for their matchup against Arkansas (14-6, 5-4 SEC) on Wednesday, Oct. 27, inside the Barnhill Arena in Fayetteville, Ark. First serve is set for 7:00 p.m. CST.

The bout against the Razorbacks will air on the SEC Network.

SERIES SNAPSHOT

Mizzou leads the all-time series over Arkansas, 15-3.
The two sides met twice last fall, with the Tigers taking a pair of victories inside the Hearnes Center.
Mizzou is currently riding a twelve-match winning streak over Arkansas, dating back to the 2013 season. The Tigers have also claimed five consecutive wins in matches taking place at Arkansas.

MIZZOU NOTABLES

Junior Anna Dixon and Freshman Kaylee Cox led the way for the Tigers last weekend. Cox put up a double-double in one of the Tigers' on Saturday match against Ole Miss. Cox poured in 14 kills, 15 digs, and 3 blocks in their latest match.
Freshman Trista Strasser has also been stepping up for the Tigers as she recorded a career-high 8 kills alongside 3 service aces in Friday's match against Ole Miss. Strasser followed this up with a 3 kill, 6 block performance the following night.
Freshman Addison Lyon and Graduate Student Nicole Alford have been setting up their teammates for success like no other. Lyon posted 14 assists in Friday's match and 18 assists in Saturday's match, alongside 7 digs in the latter. Meanwhile, Alford put up 13 assists in the first match and 15 assists in the second.
Freshman Jordan Iliff and Sophomore Emily Brown have also been contributing well, as Iliff delivered 9 kills and Brown put up 11 digs in the Tigers' latest match.
