Mizzou Track & Field Announces 2021 Fan Attendance Policy

COLUMBIA, Mo. - Mizzou Athletics announced Tuesday that limited fan attendance will be allowed at Mizzou Track and Field's first home meet of the season at Audrey J. Walton Stadium, March 19-20.

COLUMBIA, Mo. - Mizzou Athletics announced Tuesday that limited fan attendance will be allowed at Mizzou Track and Field's first home meet of the season at Audrey J. Walton Stadium, March 19-20.

Attendance at the Mizzou Spring Opener will be limited to student-athlete guests, visiting team allotments and athletic department staff. Face coverings will be required for all fans and gameday staff in attendance. Fans are asked to remain in their designated areas to follow social distancing guidelines.  

The department also announced that it will monitor COVID-19 health guidelines throughout the rest of the season and adjust accordingly. 

Mizzou Track & Field will kick off the outdoor season this weekend on March 19 and 20, as the Tigers host Kansas, DePaul, North Dakota, St. Louis, Loyola-Chicago, Nebraska Omaha and the University of Illinois at Chicago in the Mizzou Spring Opener. The action is set to begin at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Following the Mizzou Spring Opener, the Tigers will also host the annual Tom Botts Invitational on April 9 and 10.
