Mizzou Tennis Heads to Florida and South Carolina this Weekend

COLUMBIA, Mo. – No. 41 Mizzou Tennis hits the road for the first time in Southeastern Conference play, as the Tigers head to Gainesville, Fla., to play No. 29 Florida on Friday, followed by a trip to Columbia, S.C., to face No. 39 South Carolina on Sunday. Friday's match against the Gators is scheduled for 4 p.m. CT, while Sunday's match against the Gamecocks is slated for Noon CT.

Last weekend, Mizzou dropped a pair of matches to ranked SEC foes, falling to No. 40 Kentucky, 4-1, on Friday, March 5 and to No. 9 Vanderbilt, 4-2, on Sunday, March 7.

The Tigers were ranked at No. 41 in the most recent Oracle/ITA Women's Team Rankings, its second consecutive week ranking in the nation's top-50.
