Tigers set to appear on national television twice this fall
COLUMBIA, Mo. - Mizzou Soccer is set for two nationally-televised games during the 2020 fall season, the Southeastern Conference announced on Monday. The Tigers were originally slated to play Florida on national TV this Saturday, Sept. 19, but the game was postponed due to active COVID-19 cases on the Gators' roster.
The two sides will work to reschedule the match on an alternate date – with broadcast information to be announced afterwards.
With the amended schedule, Mizzou will open its season on ESPNU at South Carolina, Sept. 27, for a 3 p.m. (Central) kick. The Tigers will make their second national appearance at home against Kentucky on Nov. 1, for a noon (Central) kickoff – with the match set to air on SEC Network.
Mizzou will appear on SEC+ digitally for four of its remaining five matches, with only the home match against LSU (Oct. 16) not being streamed.
