
Mizzou Men's Golf Heads to the Music City the Legends collegiate Invitational

The Tigers tee off Sunday morning in Nashville
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Mizzou Men's Golf returns to compete in its second tournament of the fall season at the Legends Collegiate Invitational on Sunday. All 14 Southeastern Conference teams will be featured, providing talented field of competition. The 54-hole event will feature 18 holes per day over three consecutive days.
WHERE: The tournament will take place at the Vanderbilt Legends Club North Course (Par-72 7,190 yards) in Nashville, Tenn.
WHEN: The Legends Collegiate Invitational will begin on Sunday, Oct. 25 and end Tuesday, Oct. 27.

LINEUP: 1. Ross Steelman, 2 Rory Franssen, 3. Jack Parker, 4. Tommy Boone, 5. Yu-Ta Tsai
Earning the top spot in the Tigers' lineup for a second consecutive tournament, sophomore Ross Steelman returns after leading the team with a T-13 finish at the season-opening Blessings Collegiate Invitational, which marked his sixth straight finish in the Top-25. He also tallied his ninth career round under-par.
Taking the second spot in the lineup is veteran graduate student, Rory Franssen. Franssen is looking to secure his 50th career round under par this week.
Making his 24th career start, senior Jack Parker claims the third spot in the lineup as seeks a 15th career Top-50 finish.
Junior Tommy Boone makes his 2020-21 season debut this week in the fourth spot of the lineup. In last year's shortened season due to COVID-19, he claimed two Top-25 finishes.
In the final spot for the Tigers, sophomore Yu-Ta Tsai returns to the lineup for a second consecutive start.
