"Obviously this is a disappointing development for everyone in our program, but at the end of the day, you have to take a step away from the emotions and understand that it's being done for the safety of everyone.  It's particularly difficult for our senior Cherise Otter, who just lost her last chance to compete on the national stage.  We're so grateful to Cherise and her family for all that they have meant to our program the past four years.  Whether we've played our last tournament this season or not, we'll adjust as a program and be ready for whatever is to come."
