Mizzou Track and Field Records Impressive Semester GPA Marks

Mizzou women tie best semester GPA over the last 20 years
COLUMBIA, Mo. - Mizzou Track and Field student athletes wrapped up the 2019 fall academic semester earlier this month, posting impressive team GPA marks. The Mizzou women's squad recorded a 3.50 GPA as a team which ties the highest recorded semester mark over the last 20 years.
The Mizzou Track and Field Programs recorded a semester GPA of 3.23, just off of the team's impressive 3.25 average mark over the last decade. With a total team roster of more than 100 student athletes, 73 Mizzou Track and Field members recorded semester GPAs above 3.00. 84% of athletes on the women's roster achieved a GPA above that benchmark. Meanwhile, 36 student athletes recorded a mark above 3.50 and 13 recorded perfect 4.00 GPAs. The Mizzou Track and Field squad recorded a The Mizzou Women's Cross Country squad earned a 3.59 mark during the fall, besting its 3.46 mark over the last decade.
The Tigers have continued to uphold high academic standards while competing at the highest collegiate level in the competitive Southeastern Conference.
