Izzy Coulter Named to SEC Community Service Team for Mizzou Soccer

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Senior Izzy Coulter is Mizzou Soccer's representative to the 2019 SEC Soccer Community Service Team, the league office announced on Tuesday.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Senior Izzy Coulter is Mizzou Soccer's representative to the 2019 SEC Soccer Community Service Team, the league office announced on Tuesday.

Coulter has participated in a diverse range of community service projects for Mizzou. She has worked with local elementary school classes to promote and teach physical education, as well as promoting literacy activities.

In addition, she has worked volunteered with the Special Olympics and the Excellence Mile – a University event fostering an inclusive environment. Coulter also has participated in Tiger Food for Friends – a program aimed at fighting food scarcity in the University community. As part of the program, Coulter collected food from campus dinning halls to donate to the St. Francis House. The biochemistry major has also spent time working with the Truman VA Hospital.

Joining Coulter on the Community Service team is: Nealy Martin (Alabama), Taylor Beitz (Arkansas), Maggie Van Thullenar (Auburn), Alyssa Howell (Florida), Ashley Andersen (Georgia), Emma Shields (Kentucky), Raven Guerrero (LSU), Gabby Little (Ole Miss), MaKayla Waldner (Mississippi State), Ryan Gareis (South Carolina), Katie Cousins (Tennesseee), Olivia Ausmus (Texas A&M) and Rebecca Rossett (Vanderbilt).

Coulter and the other four members of Mizzou's senior class will be honored at Thursday's season finale against Mississippi State. Senior activities will begin at 7 p.m., with kickoff set for 7:20 p.m.
