COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Volleyball finally returns to the friendly confines of the Hearnes Center this weekend with the Mizzou Invitational. The Tigers will be joined by Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Ohio and Drake.
Play begins early Friday morning with an 11 a.m. first serve against the Islanders. Overall, four matches will take place Friday inside the Hearnes Center, capped off by a 7 p.m. matchup between Mizzou and the Bobcats. The Tigers' Mizzou Invitational finale is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon versus the Bulldogs.
Each Mizzou match this weekend will broadcast live on SEC Network + via WatchESPN. Nate Gatter and former Mizzou Volleyball All-American Paola Ampudia will be on the call.
The Hearnes Center Ticket Office will open 90 minutes prior to first serve Friday and Saturday. Doors open to the public 60 minutes before first serve. Adult tickets are available for $8 while youth/senior tickets are $5 apiece. Tickets purchased for Mizzou's Friday morning contest will also gain entrance for the team's finale that evening.

Fan Promotions
- Tiger fans are encouraged to arrive early prior to Friday evening's matchup against Ohio and Saturday afternoon's contest versus Drake and attend the popular Kids Carnival, featuring a bounce house, appearance by Truman the Tiger, Mizzou cheerleaders and more!
- Fans in attendance for Mizzou's final two matches of the weekend will receive a 2018 Mizzou Volleyball schedule magnet, while supplies last.
- Additionally, following Mizzou's last pair of contests, fans are encouraged to head to the main court for post-match autographs with the 2018 Tigers.
Series Snapshot vs. Texas A&M Corpus Christi
- Friday morning's matchup will mark Mizzou and Texas A&M Corpus Christi's first-ever meeting.
Series Snapshot vs. Ohio
- The all-time series between Mizzou and Ohio is tied, 1-1.
- Both previous matchups have occurred at neutral locations with the last meeting taking place on Sept. 12, 2003, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Bobcats produced a 3-1 victory over the Tigers.
Series Snapshot vs. Drake
- Mizzou leads the all-time series over Drake, 17-5-1.
- The two programs last met on Sept. 9, 2011, for a neutral matchup in Denver, Colorado. Mizzou tallied a 3-1 triumph over the Bulldogs.
