
Mizzou Wrestling Hosts SIU-Edwardsville for Second MAC Dual of Season

Mizzou has won 23 consecutive duals, including eight straight in MAC action

COLUMBIA, Mo. – No. 6 Mizzou Wrestling will host MAC foe Southern Illinois-Edwardsville this Sunday (Dec. 9) at the Hearnes Center. The Tigers, fresh off a second-place finish at the Las Vegas Cliff Keen Invitational, look to extend their dual winning streak to 24 consecutive matches and nine straight in MAC action.
The match is slated for a 2 p.m. start with Mizzou Gymnastics annual Black & Gold meet scheduled to start immediately following the match on the Hearnes Center floor. The match will stream live on MUTigers.com and tickets are still available by clicking here.
Mizzou last wrestled SIU-E in 206-17, a dual that coincidentally kick-started the team's 23-match win streak. Mizzou won that bout, 34-12, in its final match of the regular season.
