@MizzouVB Inks Three Future Tigers on 2018 National Signing Day

Mizzou Volleyball added three new student-athletes to its future 2019 roster on Thursday, as MB Claudia Dillon (Evergreen, Colo.), OH Leandra Mangual-Duran (Oviedo, Fla.) and OH Kenna Sauer (Ankeny, Iowa) will arrive to Mid-Missouri beginning next Fall.

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Volleyball added three new student-athletes to its future 2019 roster on Thursday, as MB Claudia Dillon (Evergreen, Colo.), OH Leandra Mangual-Duran (Oviedo, Fla.) and OH Kenna Sauer (Ankeny, Iowa) will arrive to Mid-Missouri beginning next Fall.

The newly appointed Tiger trio will all join head coach Wayne Kreklow and Mizzou as true freshmen beginning with the 2019 campaign.

Over her four-year varsity career with Evergreen (2015-18), posted 1,170 kills on .367 hitting with 169 aces, 258 total blocks and 516 digs  … 2018 First-Team All-Conference and MVP, tallying career-high 450 kills (4.50 per set) on .414 hitting, 74 aces, 100 total blocks and 192 digs … 2017 First-Team All-Conference, leading Evergreen with 351 kills and 59 aces … 2016 First-Team All-Conference … 2015 Second-Team All-Conference, leading Evergreen to Class 4A state semifinals … Competed with Colorado Juniors Volleyball Club, in final 2018 campaign, recorded 295 kills on .480 hitting with 46 aces and 89 total blocks … Helped guide Evergreen Basketball to three consecutive state title games (2015-17), highlighted by 2016 and 2017 Class 4A state championships … Starred in badminton as well, 2015 state titles in singles and doubles competition … Excelled academically as well, earning 2018 and 2017 Academic First-Team All-State honors … Born on Oct. 17, 2000, to father Mike and mother Kelly … Has an older brother, Michael, and younger sister, Hayley … Parents both played basketball collegiately, brother plays basketball for Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn. … Picked Mizzou over Colorado State, Louisville, Oregon State, Denver and Gonzaga.
