Mizzou Football is in the middle of fall training camp as it prepares for the upcoming 2018 season. As it does, a familiar face on the coaching has transitioned to a new role this year mentoring Mizzou's special teams groups. That face is veteran Andy Hill, who enters his 23rd season along the Mizzou sideline, making him college football's sixth-most tenured assistant coach.
This year, he will serve as the coach for a group that has both of its starting kicking specialists on preseason All-SEC teams, highlighted by senior P Corey Fatony, who was a Ray Guy Award Semifinalist a year ago. Junior K Tucker McCann also earned a spot on the All-SEC team, giving Mizzou two valuable weapons in the kicking game.
