Tigers travel west for third of fourth non-conference tournament
COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Volleyball is nearly two weeks away from beginning its 2016 campaign. Up until the season opener on Aug. 26, Mizzou Athletics will preview the season's matchups.
In the third tournament of the season, the Tigers travel west to Pocatello, Idaho, for the Idaho State Invitational. From Sept. 9-10, Mizzou will compete against Idaho State, BYU and Boise State.
BYU will mark the Tigers' first American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Top 25 opponent of the season. The Cougars were tabbed No. 13 in the AVCA's 2016 Preseason Top 25 poll on Wednesday, Aug. 10.
