Sophomore guard Jordan Geist Q&A

Q: What one thing sold you on Mizzou during the recruiting process?

JG: "Just the culture here with the coaching staff, and the players who were coming back. I think they all want to do whatever it takes to win. That's what I'm about, playing that hard-nosed basketball."

Q: How would you describe your playing style to Mizzou fans?

JG: "I get after it. I'll be on the floor. I'll be out there making havoc. Do whatever it takes. I'm trying to win."

Q: How would you describe yourself on a personal level?

JG: "Friendly guy, might be shy at the beginning, but I can be a lot of fun."

Q: Favorite movie…

JG: "Talladega Nights."

Q: What would you like to pursue after your playing career?

JG: "I want to be a business entrepreneur. Get a couple businesses going and see where it takes me from there."

Q: Favorite professional athlete…

"Kobe, he is my man, my idol growing up. Watching him, I've been able to learn a lot from him. His last game was amazing. I watched him score 81, but there was nothing like going out like that."
