• Mizzou enters the MAC Championships ranked No. 6 in the USA Today/NWCA Coaches poll and No. 7 in the Intermat Tournament Rankings.
• Mizzou finished the MAC dual season 8-0, winning its second straight MAC Regular Season Championship, finishing with a perfect 8-0 MAC record for the second consecutive season.
• Two Tigers will be defending their MAC titles in the tournament. Redshirt junior 133-pounder Zach Synon won the 2015 MAC Championship at 133 pounds, while junior 197-pouner J'den Cox has won two MAC straight titles (2014, 2015) at 197 pounds.
• Cox recorded his 100th career victory on Feb. 21 in a 16-7 major decision over Nebraska No. 10-ranked Aaron Studebaker. Cox became the 24th member of Mizzou 100-win club, becoming the fastest to 100 wins in program history, doing so in 105 matches.
• Redshirt junior 141-pounder Matt Manley leads the team with 26 wins on the season and was awarded the MAC Wrestler of the Week on Feb. 4 Manley's 26 wins are a new career-high.
• Redshirt junior 149-pounder Lavion Mayes is 24-1 on the season, after starting the season on a 24-match win streak. Mayes is 15-1 in duals, scoring 50 points in the 15 victories.
• Redshirt freshman Daniel Lewis is 22-4 in his first season as an attached wrestler for Mizzou. Lewis has recorded back-to-back wins over top-10 opponents, defeating No. 6 Max Rohskopf (N.C. State), 6-1, and No. 9 Austin Wilson (Nebraska), 4-0.
• Redshirt senior Blaise Butler is 17-3 this season and is currently on a seven match win streak, winning three matches by fall in the streak.

• In 2014-15, posted a 15-11 overall record, including a career high 11 dual starts (5-6 record).
• Represented Mizzou at the 2014 MAC Championships, placing fifth overall, narrowly missing an automatic bid to Nationals, however, his major decision and technical fall wins helped the Tigers with the edge they needed to claim the conference title.
