@MizzouWBB Returns to NCAA Tournament

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Women's Basketball will participate in the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament for the first time since 2006 after the Tigers earned a No. 10 seed in the Bridgeport (Conn.) region, it was announced Monday evening. Mizzou will face seventh-seeded BYU at 5:30 p.m. CT Saturday at the Erwin Center on the campus of the University of Texas.

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Women's Basketball will participate in the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament for the first time since 2006 after the Tigers earned a No. 10 seed in the Bridgeport (Conn.) region, it was announced Monday evening. Mizzou will face seventh-seeded BYU at 5:30 p.m. CT Saturday at the Erwin Center on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin.

The Tigers will make the 10th appearance in the NCAA Tournament in program history. It is also the 23rd postseason tournament selection for Mizzou. Overall, the Tigers are 4-9 in the NCAA Tournament, with the last victories coming during a Sweet 16 run in 2001.

Tickets for this weekend's game within Mizzou's section can be requested now here. Tickets will be allocated based first on Tiger Scholarship Fund donor level and priority points, then in order of request time. If your request is granted, your card will then be charged the difference per ticket. Reserved tickets for the Austin Regional are $18. Should the Tigers advance to Monday's Second Round game vs. the Texas/Alabama State winner, your card will be automatically charged for the second game.
