COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou volleyball officially starts practice on Monday morning, but first head coach Wayne Kreklow sent the Tigers to the University of Missouri's Venture Out facility. Located directly behind the Mizzou Tennis Complex, Venture Out specializes in group team building exercises utilizing low and high rope courses.
Following a brief training session and safety tutorial, ladies of the Mizzou volleyball roster climbed the Odyssey High Ropes Course tower and began working in groups of two and four.
At the conclusion of the first round of obstacles, the Tigers returned to ground level and worked together in low rope elements. Activities included the mountain top, zig zag, spider web, trust fall, whale watch and a 10-foot wall.
