COLUMBIA, Mo. – Senior Kelli Hine will represent the Mizzou Tennis program at the 2015 Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championships from Oct. 6-11 in Pacific Palisades, California. The annual tournament hosts the top players on the college circuit.

Hine clinched a spot in the qualifying draw after her strong finish to the 2014-15 campaign. Competing at No. 1 singles in the deep and talented SEC, she racked up 15 singles wins and 13 doubles victories last season. In the final 2014-15 ITA NCAA Division I singles rankings, Hine came in at No. 125 in the nation and No. 4 in the ITA Central Region.  As a result, Hine gets a chance to face the best competition in the country at this year's Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championships.

"This is a great opportunity for Kelli to play against some of the best players at this level," head coach Sasha Schmid said. "It'll be an awesome experience she can build on that will help her prepare for the best the SEC has to offer and for the NCAA Tournament in the spring."

Hine is the fourth Mizzou student-athlete since 2012 to compete at the Riviera ITA Women's All-American Championships. Former Tigers Cierra Gaytan-Leach and Rachel Stuhlmann competed in the 2012 singles draw and Gaytan-Leach paired up with Elisha Gabb to play in the 2013 doubles draw.

Hine's opening match at the 2015 event is slated for Oct. 6 with the time to be set at a later date. If she works her way out of the qualifying draw, the main draw begins Oct. 8. Mizzou Tennis opens its fall schedule as a team at the Mizzou Invitational in Kansas City, Missouri,  from Sept. 18-20.
