Track & Field Earns 24 NCAA Prelim Qualifiers

Twenty-four Tigers will move on to the second stage of the 2015 outdoor post-season, as their marks were good for qualification into the NCAA Championships West Preliminary Round in Austin, Tx., from May 28-30. The NCAA released the list of final entries on Thursday (May 21), which is based on the top 48 ranked athletes in each event for the West Region.

West Prelim Accepted Entries - Men // Women

COLUMBIA, Mo. - Twenty-four Tigers will move on to the second stage of the 2015 outdoor post-season, as their marks were good for qualification into the NCAA Championships West Preliminary Round in Austin, Tx., from May 28-30. The NCAA released the list of final entries on Thursday (May 21), which is based on the top 48 ranked athletes in each event for the West Region.

The Tigers will travel to Mike A. Myers Stadium for a chance to move on to the final round of the NCAA Championships, which will be hosted at historic Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore., from June 10 - 13. Qualification for the NCAA Championship finals will be based on the top 12 individual finishers out of the West and East regions next week.
