Mizzou Soccer Signs Seven for 2015 Season

Feb. 6, 2015

COLUMBIA, Mo. Mizzou soccer Head Coach Bryan Blitz announced the addition of seven new Tigers on Friday, Feb. 6. Bethany Coons (Union, Mo.), Payton Goulding (Woodbury, Minn.), Rachel Hise (Lucas, Texas), Erin Jones (Los Angeles, Calif.), Madison "Pooh" Lewis (Zionsville, Ind.), Natalie McDonough (Dallas, Texas) and Amanda Shaw (Carmel, Ind.) all signed National Letters of Intent to attend Missouri and compete for the Mizzou soccer team in the fall. The signees will be joined by early enrollee Kelsey Dossey (Plainfield, Ind.), who will take part in the spring season, on the 2015 team.

"This class represents the blue collar work ethic we exemplify at Missouri," Blitz said. "They're not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do the dirty work that doesn't always get noticed but is the pride of all successful teams. They also all take pride in hard work in their academics and personal lives, which is why they will all be successful at Mizzou and help us to reach our goal of winning an SEC, and ultimately, a national championship."
