• Mizzou Men's Basketball (8-20, 2-13) next hits the road for Georgia, facing the Bulldogs at 11 a.m., Saturday, with live coverage on ESPNU.
• The Tigers lead the all-time series against Georgia, 4-2, with all matchups coming since 2001.
• Freshman G Namon Wright had a career-night in the win vs. Florida (Feb. 24), scoring 28 points on 10-of-13 FG shooting and hitting 6-of-8 threes.

• Freshman guard Namon Wright scored a career-best 28 points in the win, the most points for a Tiger this season. The previous best was Johnathan Williams, III 27 against Mississippi State on Feb. 14.
• Wright shot 10-of-13 from the field and 6-of-8 from behind the arc. Both the 10 field goals and six 3-pointers were individual game highs for the squad this season.
• Freshman forward Jakeenan Gant tied his career high with three blocks. He also swatted away three attempts against Tennessee on Jan. 15.
• Senior guard Keith Shamburger dished out five assists in the contest, his ninth game with at least five assists this season. Over the last four games, Shamburger is averaging 5.8 apg.
• Freshman guard Montaque Gill-Caesar scored nine points in the contest and has now scored 31 points in his last three games (10.3 ppg.). His averaged 2.8 ppg. in his four previous games.
A LOOK AT THE OPPONENT... GEORGIA
• Georgia (18-9, 9-6) will host Mizzou as winners of four of its last six games, including two-straight road triumphs at Alabama, 66-65 OT on Feb. 21, and at Ole Miss, 76-72 on Feb. 25.
• The Bulldogs are a stout 11-3 at home inside Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, Ga., this season. However, Georgia has dropped two consecutive home SEC contests, first to Auburn (69-68, Feb. 14) and followed by South Carolina (64-58, Feb. 17).
• UGA head coach Mark Fox has coached the Bulldogs since the 2009-10 season and led the school to the NCAA Tournament the following season (2010-11). Georgia made the NIT last year, recording a 20-14 season mark.
LAST TIME
• Mizzou and Georgia last matched up in Athens and the Bulldogs turned the Tigers away with a 71-56 result on Feb. 25, 2014. Jordan Clarkson and Jabari Brown both scored 17 points for the Tigers, but strong games from Georgia's Charles Mann (19 points) and Marcus Thornton (15) aided UGA to the victory.
• Johnathan Williams, III dropped in 10 points (3-of-8 FG, 1-of-1 3PT, 3-of-4 FT) and grabbed three rebounds last time against the Bulldogs. Ryan Rosburg pulled down a career-best 12 rebounds in that game.
SERIES HISTORY
• Mizzou leads the all-time series against Georgia, 4-2, although the Bulldogs have been able to steal two-straight games in the series.
• The Tigers and Bulldogs first met on March 15, 2001, in the NCAA Tournament First Round, as Missouri had earned a No. 9 seed against Georgia's No. 8 seed. Mizzou was victorious, 70-68, thanks to a team-leading 15 points from freshman center Arthur Johnson. GLANCING AHEAD TO AUBURN...
• Mizzou will get a second crack at Auburn on Tuesday, March 3, for Senior Night in Mizzou Arena. The 8 p.m. game on SEC Network matches both Tiger squads against each other after AU took the result in its arena, 85-79, on Jan. 10.
• The Tigers will honor both of its seniors, forward Keanau Post and guard Keith Shamburger, during its Senior Night festivities.
• The Black & Gold Tigers lead the all-time series 2-1, with all three matchups coming in Southeastern Conference play over the last three seasons.
