Last Time vs. Florida
The Tigers earned their first SEC win against the Gators this season, 66-47. Senior Morgan Eye knocked down four triples and finished the night with a game-high 18 points to help overcome a halftime deficit and put the Tigers on top. In the annual Black Out game, Mizzou's strong first-half effort helped the Tigers to come back from a 10-point deficit. Mizzou went on an 8-0 run, capped off with a jumper and two foul shots from Morgan Eye to put the Tigers ahead of Florida. Eye's jumper put the Tigers ahead by just one, (20-19) about nine minutes before the halftime break. The Gators ended up taking a lead into halftime, but the Tigers used another 8-0 run to take their final lead of the game with just under 12 minutes left in the half. The Tigers never looked back, pulling ahead of the Gators by 20 for their largest lead of the game.

Scouting the Gators
The Gators are 10-10 on the season, coming off of a hard-fought win over Arkansas. Led by Ronni Williams, who averages almost 10 points each game, and Kayla Lewis who grabs more than seven rebounds a game, the Gators are looking for their third SEC win of the season. Florida has tallied victories over Arkansas and at Auburn so far this season.

Quick Hits
• It's no secret that sophomore Jordan Frericks is Mizzou's weapon on the glass. She is averaging 9.7 rebounds per game and stands as the first Tiger to average more than nine rebounds per game since Kesha Bonds averaged 9.5 rpg in the 1998-99 season.

• #RoadWarrior: In road games this year, Jordan Frericks averages an impressive 19 points and 11 rebounds per game. She accounts for 32-percent of the team's points and 27-percent of the team's rebounds in road games.

• In 20 games this season the Tigers have allowed just three teams to shoot better than 40-percent in a game. In fact, the Tigers have limited opponents to less than 37-percent shooting in 14 of 19 games, winning 11 of those 14 contests. Mizzou has not allowed an opponent to shoot better than 40-percent in 10 of 11 games with the high-water mark in that span coming from Arkansas, which shot 37.1-percent.

• The 47 points allowed by Mizzou against Florida are the fewest that the Tigers have ever allowed in a regular season SEC game since joining the league and match the fewest ever in an SEC game allowed by the Tigers (Mizzou held Vanderbilt to 53 in the SEC Tournament in 2012-13)

• Mizzou has been getting it done with defense so far this season. In fact, in 12 of the Tigers' games this season, they have held their opponents to 60 or fewer points. Of course, Mizzou has won nine of those 12 contests. Mizzou held its opponents to 60 or fewer points just 11 times last season. In fact, Mizzou has won 18 of its last 22 games when holding opponents to fewer than 60 points (dating back to the start of last season).

• A big reason why Mizzou's defense has been so stingy is the fact that they are limiting opponents to 34.1-percent shooting this season, 2nd in the SEC and the 11th in the nation.

• The Tigers have also made a living on limiting second-chance points this season. In eight games this year, Mizzou has limited its opponent to single-digit second-chance points. The last time coming against Florida, when the Tigers allowed the Gators just three second-chance points.

Jordan Frericks sits at No. 52 in the nation for her rebounding numbers so far this season. Not only that, but the Tigers are outrebounding opponents by 5.2 rebounds per game, good for 59th in the nation.

• The Tigers have gone hard on the glass this season, outrebounding opponents in 15 games so far this year. The Tigers grabbed a season-high 55 rebounds against UNLV on Nov. 21. Mizzou has tallied 50 or more boards in three games.
