COLUMBIA, Mo. - Mizzou tennis kicks off their Spring 2015 home schedule Wednesday, Jan. 28 with a pair of non-conference matchups. The Tigers welcome Northern Iowa at 12 p.m. (CT) and then square off against SIU-Edwardsville at 5 p.m. (CT). Both matches can be followed online on Twitter (@MizzouTennis).

Due to warm weather, Wednesday's first contest against Northern Iowa will be played outdoors while the evening matchup versus SIU-Edwardsville will occur indoors.

After a highly successful Fall 2014 campaign, Mizzou began their spring season two weekends ago in the state of Texas. The Tigers opened things nicely with a 4-3 win over UT-Arlington, highlighted by two victories from sophomore Cassidy Spearman.

Freshman Clare Raley also recorded her first collegiate win in her Tiger debut, as she was victorious in doubles play with partner Madison Rhyner.

The following day at TCU, the Tigers dropped a 5-2 matchup to the Horned Frogs. Despite the loss, Spearman once again went unblemished in her play as she picked up another singles win. Sophomore Beatriz Machado Santos earned the other Mizzou singles win on the day at No. 6 play.
