KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - The Mizzou men's and women's diving squad returns to action for the three-day Tennessee Diving Invite, Jan. 3-5, at the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center in Knoxville, Tenn., this weekend.
The Tigers will compete against 21 other programs, including Southeastern Conference foes Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU and Tennessee. Also sending both men's and women's squads are Drexel, North Carolina State and SMU, while Clemson, Iowa State, Richmond and Towson will compete just in the women's side.
The three-day meet kicks off on Saturday, Jan. 3 at Noon ET (11 a.m. CT) with prelims of the men's 1-meter and women's 3-meter events. Finals will commence immediately after prelims.
On Sunday, Jan. 4, men's 3-meter and women's 1-meter will start with prelims at Noon ET, followed by finals. The platform competition will be contested on Monday, Jan. 5, with the women at 10:30 a.m. ET (9:30 a.m. CT) and the men at 1 p.m. ET (Noon CT).
Following the Invite, the Tigers travel to Columbia, S.C., on Saturday, Jan. 17 for an SEC clash against South Carolina at 1 p.m. ET (Noon CT).
