Mizzou Set To Host First Flick On Faurot

COLUMBIA, Mo. - Faurot Field at Memorial Stadium will host the first "Flick on Faurot" on Friday, Aug. 29, as announced today by MU Student Life, Mizzou Alumni Association, MSA/GPC and Mizzou Athletics.

Fans of all ages are encouraged to come out the night before Mizzou Football's 2014 opening game against South Dakota State, and watch the feature film "The Blind Side" from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

The event is free and open to the general public. Parking will be available in lots A, C, J, and L. Vehicles parked in these lots after midnight will be towed. Fans can find a complete parking map for the night of "Flick on Faurot" here.

Faurot Field Gate #1 will open at 7:30 p.m. as fans are encouraged to arrive early to secure their spot on the football field. "The Blind Side" will begin airing promptly at 8:30 p.m.

Factory sealed bottled water is permitted in to Faurot Field for the evening, but no other outside food or drink will be allowed.
