- The Tigers advanced to the NCAA Tournament second round for the sixth time in school history and improved their all-time NCAA record to 9-10.
- 2013 marked IUPUI's first-ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
- Missouri's sweep over the Jaguars was the Tigers' sixth consecutive sweep and the 27th overall this season.
- IUPUI's defeat was just the team's second in its last 12 matches.

- Tiger senior OH Lisa Henning became Mizzou's all-time total attacks record after notching 36 in the match. She stands at 4,493 in her career, 12 more than previous record holder Shen Danru (4,481).
- Mizzou junior MB Whitney Little set Mizzou's single-season solo blocks record with her 40th and 41st of the year. She passed previous record-holder Christi Meyers' old mark of 40 from 2000. Little also moved into a tie with Meyers for second -place on the solo blocks list with 92 in her career. She is also just three shy of her own single season blocks record (139).
- Missouri senior OH Lisa Henning had 15 kills in the match to give her 487 on the season. That total moves Henning into sixth-place on Mizzou's single-season list.
- Tiger senior S Molly Kreklow posted 41 assists against IUPUI to move her into a tie with Lei Wang for sixth-place on Mizzou's single-season list. Kreklow now has 1,433 in her career.
- Kreklow and Henning each recorded double-doubles against the Jaguars. Kreklow had 41 assists and 14 digs to post her 12th double-double of the year, while Henning had 15 kills and 10 digs for her eighth of 2013.
