
Tigers Take Fourth at Rebel Intercollegiate

Oxford, Miss. - Four Tigers earned top 20 finishes at the Ole Miss BancorpSouth Rebel Intercollegiate leading the team to a fourth place finish at the tournament. Mizzou went 298-292-306--896 through three rounds of play to finish 32-over-par. No. 17 Baylor (+7) took home the trophy, while No. 37 Tulsa (+15) and No. 39 Mississippi (+17) earned second and third place finishes. The Tigers finished three strokes ahead of Minnesota (+35) who placed fifth.
Sophomore Taylor Gohn led the Tigers through the third round as well as she finished in a tie for 14th at the tournament. Gohn added three birdies to her tally in the third round to close the tournament 8-over-par.
Freshman Alina Rogers joined seniors Hannah Lovelock and Marissa Cook in a tie for 19th place in the tournament. The three teammates finished 9-over-par after three rounds of play.
Sophomore Ariana Savich tallied two birdies in the third round to shoot 6-over-par, which matches her second-round total. Savich scored 77-78-78--223 to tie for 54th place.
Competing as an individual, freshman Laura Kraft tied for 73rd place in the tournament with a score of 238 (+22). She recorded her best score in the third round as she tallied two birdies to finish 6-over-par.
