Tigers Begin 2011 Home Slate

The University of Missouri Tigers open their home schedule at Walton Stadium Sunday against Eastern Illinois Panthers at 6:30. The non-conference match is the beginning of a 4 game home stand for the Tigers including Ohio State, Purdue, and Northern Arizona.
Mizzou's favorite Head Football Coach Gary Pinkel will be present to participate in the ceremonial first kick.
Eastern Illinois was picked to finish seventh in the Ohio Valley Conference and are come to Columbia off a season opening loss to Northern Iowa.
The Tigers continue the home stand with Big 10 opponent Ohio State next Friday at 6:30 pm.
