Jonesborough, Tenn.-- Jace Long finished up round two of the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate at even par, remaining in a tie for third. The junior golfer shot a 72 to lead the Tigers for the day. Mizzou finished the day in seventh place with a 299, one shot behind Clemson, who holds the fifth place position.
Long (71-72-143) finished the second round with five birdies, one more than he recorded in round one. Ryan Zech went (74-75-149) three over par in round two after shooting two over in round one. Zech had three birdies on the day and ended in a tie for 24th. Brad Moody (+3) recorded four birdies on the day, including back-to-back birdies on the front nine. He now sits in a tie for 29th.
Emilio Cuartero and Hunter Kraus ended the day in a tie for 48th. Cuartero recorded a 77 on the day shooting even on the front nine. Kraus (76-78-154) closed out the second round ten over par as well and hit a birdie on the fourth hole.
