ITA (Intercollegiate Tennis Association) announced that the 2010-11 University of Missouri Women's Tennis team earned All-Academic status. In order to be eligible for this award, the team had to have a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or better throughout the academic year.

Several of Mizzou's players earned the ITA Scholar-Athlete status in which a player must be a varisty letter winner, have a GPA of at least a 3.50 for the present academic year, and be enrolled in the current school for at least two semesters. Mahdi Besovic, Maria Christensen, Jamie Mera, and Mallory Weber each attained the criteria necessary and were named ITA Scholar Athletes.
