Austin, Tex.-- Missouri finished day three of the Big 12 Championships in third place, and will head into the final day of competition with 468.00 points.
In the first event of the night, the men's 3 meter dive, David Bonuchi placed fourth with 414.35 points, while Dante Jones finished fifth for the Tigers, totaling 361.40 points.
Yaniv Shnaider led the way for the Tigers in the 400 IM, finishing in sixth place in 3:53.24. Vito Cammisano placed 10th, swimming the 'B' finals in 4:06.83.
Three Tigers represented Mizzou in the 'A' finals of the 100 fly. Anders Melin (47.53), David Dorak (48.88) and Scott Martin (48.98) finished 4-5-6 in the event, and Ryan Sellers (10th, 50.33) and Jason King (12th, 50.42) placed in the 'B' finals of the event.
Ethan Rose and Spenser Lauver swam for Mizzou in the 'B' finals of the 200 free. Rose placed 10th in the event, swimming in 1:41.13, while Lauver finished 11th, finishing in 1:41.88.
Missouri had three more swimmers in the 100 breast 'A' finals, and a 6-7-8 finish from Mark Conroy (54.68), Jowan Qupty (54.89), and Michael Lopresti (56.22). In the 'B' final, Colin Livasy finished ninth with a time of 58.41.
In the last event of the evening, the 100 back, Missouri had a 4-5-6 finish from Roko Simunic (48.19), John Higgins (48.82), and Ryan Sellers (49.28).
