Join the Mizzou Baseball program in kicking off the 2011 season as generations of the MU Baseball family come together to recognize past and present achievements in a fun-filled night on Saturday, February 12.

The Seventh Annual First Pitch Celebration will include hors d'oeuvres, beverages for young and old, introductions of past and present players, a 2011 season outlook and a silent auction featuring prestigious professional and collegiate items. Make it a weekend by taking in the Tiger basketball game against Oklahoma at 12:30 pm on Saturday, Feb. 12th.
This year's guest speaker will be former St. Louis Cardinal Mike Matheny. Matheny spent 13 years in Major League Baseball. He played for four teams during his career, including the Cardinals from 2000-2004. He was a four-time Gold Glove Award winner.
