COLUMBIA, Mo. - With Big 12 Conference play just a few weeks away, Mizzou Athletics is announcing that single-games tickets for league action (not including the Kansas game on Mar. 5) go on sale Wednesday morning (Dec. 1) at 8 a.m. through the Mizzou Athletics Ticket Office.

Fans can purchase tickets through mutigers.com, by calling the ticket office directly at 1-800-CAT-PAWS or by visiting the Mizzou Arena ticket office during business hours. Tickets can also be purchased via ticketmaster.com or at any Ticketmaster outlet.

Missouri's Big 12 Conference home slate promises to be an entertaining one. The Tigers host annual Big 12 North rivals Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa State, Nebraska and Colorado, in addition to Big 12 South opponents Oklahoma, Baylor and Texas Tech. This year's home schedule also features an ESPN Big Monday contest vs. #5 Kansas State on Jan. 17 at 4:30 p.m. If tickets for the annual M&I Bank Border Showdown with Kansas remain, they will go on sale Feb. 9 at 6 p.m.

Missouri Basketball is currently ranked inside the Top 10 after its quick 5-0 start. The Tigers return to action for a nationally-televised contest with #14 Georgetown tonight at the Sprint Center in Kansas City. Game time is slated for 8 p.m. and the contest will be televised on ESPNU.

Mizzou comes home on Dec. 8 to face yet another retuning NCAA foe, Vanderbilt. Game time from Mizzou Arena is 8 p.m.
