Creighton Notes:

Continuing to note Creighton's tough luck, the Bluejays entered the weekend 108-1 when holding a lead after six innings of play, but lost both games (to Mizzou and DePaul with such an advantage) and are 108-3 in that incredible statistical category.
Creighton is now 12-24 all-time in NCAA postseason play and has the most wins of any Missouri Valley Conference opponent. The Bluejays fell to 5-4 all-time vs. DePaul.

Liz McKeown recorded just her fifth RBI of the year in Saturday's extra-inning affair. She missed 20 games with a stress fracture in her back and just returned to the lineup in May.
In fact both of Creighton's RBIs came from players with less than 10 runs driven in this season. Jessi Jadlowski had just eight RBI coming into today's game.
Creighton All-American Tara Oltman threw an incredible 291 pitches this weekend in one-run losses to Missouri and Illinois.
