SAN DIEGO, Calif. - Mizzou freshman Stuart Ballingall moved into a tie for fourth place in the individual standings of the NCAA Southwest Regional after carding his second-straight round of 72. His two-round total puts him in a group of three tied for fourth place, three shots out of second place and four strokes behind the leader Nick Delio of Cal State-Northridge.
Mizzou stands in 10th place in the team standings with a two-day total of 602 (300-302).
Redshirt freshman Jace Long is tied for 42nd place with a 36-hole total of 151, followed by sophomore Chris Johnson's 153, which puts him in a tie for 55th. Freshman Michael Garden is tied for 64th spot with a 156 total, while junior William Harrold has a 158 score, which places him 69th.
Oregon leads the team race with a 36-hole score of 584, followed by Cal at 586.
The final round is scheduled for Saturday.
