BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Mizzou basketball team traveled to Buffalo, N.Y., on Wednesday (March 17) as it prepares for the 2010 NCAA Basketball Tournament, highlighted by its first-round matchup with No. 10 seed Clemson on Friday. The game will air live on CBS at approximately 1:45 p.m. Len Elmore and Gus Johnson will call the game for CBS.

Wednesday was a great day of travel for the Tigers, who arrived in Buffalo just after 3 p.m. (CT) after a busy day of events that included a send-off from hundreds of fans at Mizzou Arena this morning. The Tigers eventually arrived at Columbia Regional Airport at 11:30 a.m. and the plane left shortly after that. Upon arrival to Buffalo, the Tigers were welcomed by blue skies and mild temperatures and took a ride through the city on their way to the team hotel.

Several members of the media welcomed the Tigers to their team hotel, including Mizzou alum Ed Kilgore, who is the sports director at WGRZ, Buffalo's NBC affiliate. Be sure to check out the photo gallery and interviews with JT Tiller and Coach Mike Anderson as they arrived at the team hotel, located at the top of this page.

The Tigers have a full day scheduled for tomorrow, starting with a closed practice at 9:10 a.m. (CT). Mizzou will meet with the media at 11:05 a.m. (CT) tomorrow before holding an open practice from 11:45-12:25 p.m. (CT). For a complete recap of tomorrow's action, stay tuned to MUTigers.com.
