Hey Tiger Fans!

The fall semester is finally over, which means season is just around the corner. Black and Gold was a success, and we were all excited to see all of our hard work from preseason pay off. This last week was finals week so there wasn't a whole lot going on besides studying and getting into the gym as much as we could. Everyone managed to get into the weight room for some lifting and cardio too. By Thursday, everyone was so glad to be done with finals and ready to go home for a short break.

We will all be back in Columbia by Dec. 27, to start working out again and making sure we are ready for our first meet. We will also be joined by a new teammate, Sandra Ostad, which we are all excited about.

Keep checking in to stay updated on your Tiger Gymnastics team as we prepare for our first meet on January 8, against Ohio State! GO TIGERS!
