EVANSTON, Ill. - For the first time this year the Missouri Tiger women's swimming and diving team is ranked in the CSCAA/CollegeSwimming.com Division I poll, while the men's squad is just a few places shy of cracking the poll as well.

The women's team enters the poll at the 25th spot in this week's rankings with 91 points, while the men's swimming and diving team is three spots out of the top 25 in the 28th position with 35 points.

Both teams are coming off dominating performances in the Mizzou Tiger Invitational, swimming against the likes of Arizona State, Colorado State and Division II Drury with two first place team victories.

The Missouri men's and women's swimming and diving teams will return to action Jan. 9 in a dual against Missouri S&T, who will be returning to Mizzou Aquatics Center after being a participant in the Mizzou Invite.
