COLUMBIA, MO.- - The Mizzou Alumni Association will host a football pep rally featuring Mizzou players and coaches on Tuesday, Oct. 6, beginning at 7 p.m. on the South steps of Jesse Hall on the MU campus.

Fans can expect appearances by Head Coach Gary Pinkel and several members of the team, as well as performances by Marching Mizzou, cheerleaders, Golden Girls and Truman. Spirit giveaways will be offered to select fans, while official Tiger Team Store and Homecoming merchandise will also be available for purchase.

The pep rally leads up to the Tigers' highly-anticipated Big 12 Conference opener on Thursday night against Nebraska at 8 p.m. General admission hillside tickets for the game are still available for only $37. Tickets can be purchased by calling 1-800-CAT-PAWS (884-PAWS in Mid-Missouri), online at mutigers.com or in person at the Mizzou Arena Ticket Office.
