COLUMBIA, Mo. - Mizzou looks to build on its 2-0 start when it takes on Furman this Saturday, Sept. 19. The game will be televised on a pay-per-view basis on participating cable, satellite and fiber-optic providers. Kickoff for the contest is scheduled for 1 p.m. CT from Faurot Field. Information about how to purchase the telecast, including a current list of participating cable, satellite and fiber-optic providers, is attached. Providers will be added throughout the week, and updates will be posted on MUTigers.com as they become available. Suggested retail price for residential purchase is $29.95. Participating cable, satellite and fiber-optic providers will offer the telecast to their customers on a specially designated pay-per-view channel. The telecast will not preempt FSN's regularly scheduled programming. The game is being televised on pay-per-view because it was not selected for over-the-air broadcast or cable television coverage. This gives fans the option to watch a game they otherwise wouldn't be able to see on television. FSN's pay-per-view division will produce and distribute the telecasts. Dan McLaughlin will call the play-by-play alongside former Kansas City Chief Richard Baldinger. Todd Donoho will serve as sideline reporter. To date, the following video providers are expected to offer the Furman-Missouri pay-per-view telecast. For availability in their specific areas, customers should contact their cable, satellite or fiber-optic provider. Updated information will be posted throughout the week on MUTigers.com. For specific questions about the telecast, please e-mail FSN Midwest.
