General:
- Game attendance: Sellout crowd of 68,349
- Missouri's 58-0 win marked the largest margin of victory over Colorado and the its largest margin of victory in a conference game, with the previous record coming in a 57-0 win over Colorado in 1962.
- The 58-0 win was Missouri's largest margin of victory under Gary Pinkel since a 52-point margin of victory against Nevada on September 13, 2008.
- The victory was Missouri's first shutout since a 48-0 win over Ball State in 2004.
- Missouri's last conference shutout came in a 48-0 win against Kansas on November 2, 1986.
- The Tigers broke Colorado's string of 242 consecutive games where they scored, a streak that dated back to 1988.

First Quarter:

Second Quarter:
- Missouri's second quarter field goal brought the team's season points off turnover total to 41.
- PK Jeff Wolfert's second field goal attempt of the night puts him atop the NCAA active kicking accuracy leaders (combined FG/PAT kicks) at 95.5 percent.
Third Quarter:
- Missouri kicked off defending the south goal.
- WR Danario Alexander scored his fourth touchdown of the season on a four-yard pass from Daniel.
- Daniel tied his own school record of five passing touchdowns on a 30-yard touchdown pass to WR Jeremy Maclin.
Fourth Quarter:
- The seventh touchdown of the game, a 55-yard run by redshirt-freshman TB De'Vion Moore, was his first career touchdown. The drive, which lasted 11 seconds, marked the 22nd touchdown drive of the season under two minutes.
- Missouri's time of possession for the game exceeded their season average of 25:40 with 26:37 against Colorado.
