Statewide Outreach Program to Visit Joplin, Lebanon and Lake Ozark

Columbia, Mo.-Mizzou's Statewide Outreach program continues on Tuesday, May 27 with a trip to Southwest Missouri. University of Missouri Chancellor Brady Deaton and Vice Provost for Extension Michael Ouart will highlight the visit to Joplin, Lebanon and Lake Ozark.

Joining Deaton and Ouart on the trip will be Director of Athletics Mike Alden, the Voice of the Tigers Mike Kelly, Director of the Mizzou Alumni Association Todd McCubbin, Executive Assistant to Chancellor Deaton Ann Oberhaus, Coordinator of Alumni Relations Ashley Moore, Assistant Director of Development Matt Lyons and Assistant Director of Marketing Scott Nielson.

The first stop of the outreach tour will be a breakfast gathering at Columbia Traders in downtown Joplin from 8:15-9:30 a.m. From there, the group will proceed to the Lebanon-Laclede County Library for a luncheon from 12:00-1:15 p.m. The trip will conclude with a reception at Ruthie D's in Lake Ozark from 4:00-5:15 p.m.
