Miami Lakes, Fla. - - Inclement weather and resulting course conditions cut short round two of the Canes and Cardinal Classic on Monday afternoon at Don Shula's Golf Resort. Play will continue on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m.
Players had made it about halfway through the second round when lightening and heavy rain canvassed the area. Although the inclement weather subsided, course conditions forced the delay of play until Tuesday morning.
Round one, originally scheduled for an 8 a.m. shotgun start, was delayed until 9:30 a.m. because of heavy rain. Following the conclusion of the second round on Tuesday, the players will directly begin the third and final round.
Missouri shot a 306 in the first round. Louisville led the tournament with a 284
