Continuing to work to the goal of visiting every county in the state of Missouri, Mizzou Director of Athletics Mike Alden, along with Director of Broadcast Operations Mike Kelly, Special Assistant to the Athletic Director Gary Link and Assistant Media Relations Director Josh Murray, made a trip to Northeast Missouri on Tuesday.

The Mizzou staff members made stops in Palmyra, Canton, Wayland and Kahoka on its way to a dinner event at Keith's Café in Memphis, Mo. Dr. Harlo Donelson, DDS, of Memphis, organized the dinner, in which more than 30 alumni and fans joined the Athletic Department foursome.

The first stop for Alden, Kelly, Link and Murray was at Brown's Furniture in Palmyra before continuing on to Canton and a visit to Culver-Stockton College. A stop at Steve's Family Dining in Kahoka followed, with the final destination being Keith's Café.

Special thanks go out to Dr. Donelson along with the entire crew at Keith's Café.

Alden has now made trips to 94 of the 114 counties in Missouri and is planning to visit the remaining 20 counties by the end of September. The next stop will be Thursday, Aug. 17 in Putnam and Sullivan counties.
