Two more University of Missouri football players have signed free agent contracts with teams in the National Football League, as wide receiver Thomson Omboga and offensive lineman Scott Paffrath have signed with the Minnesota Vikings and the Washington Redskins, respectively.
The signing of these former Tigers raises the total to eight of former players who were either drafted or signed with NFL teams in the last week. Three Tigers (Atiyyah Ellison - Carolina Panthers; Damien Nash - Tennessee Titans; C.J. Mosley - Minnesota Vikings) were drafted, representing the most Tigers taken in a draft since 1991.
Following the draft, three more Tigers signed free agent contracts with various teams, including LB James Kinney (Jacksonville Jaguars), CB Shirdonya Mitchell (Miami Dolphins) and TE Victor Sesay (Miami Dolphins).
