Columbia, Mo. -
University of Missouri quarterback Brad Smith continues to reap the benefits of his record-setting performance last Saturday, when he piled up a school-record 480 yards of total offense in leading Mizzou to a 41-24 win over Nebraska.
After already being named the national player of the week by the Walter Camp Football Foundation, as well as a similar award on the conference level by the Big 12, Smith was today named as the national player of the week by USA Today and Sports Illustrated.
