- The Tigers advanced to the NCAA National Championships for the first time in school history after recording a record third-place showing at the NCAA Central Regional.
- Mizzou appeared in NCAA Regional competition for the seventh time in eight years and for the third straight season overall.
- Mizzou Head Coach Stephanie Priesmeyer was named the NCAA Central Region Women' Golf Coach of the Year. In 2004, she was named the Big 12 Women's Golf Coach of the Year.
- Under Cooper's guidance, the Tigers recorded nine top-five finishes in 12 tournaments played during the fall and spring seasons.
- Mizzou recorded 18 individual top-10 finishes including its first individual championship since 2001 when senior Maria Ohlsson took the title at the Lady Northern Classic to open the fall portion of the schedule.
- At the Lady Northern, Ohlsson recorded the best 18-hole total in school history with a 66 in the second round to pull herself into contention for the championship.
- Ohlsson paced the Tigers with eight top-10 finishes. She and Junior Denise Knaebel combined for 13 top-10 finishes.
- Ohlsson and Knaebel both earned All-American Honorable Mention and All-Big 12 First Team honors for their outstanding efforts this season.
- The Tigers set school records for the lowest 54 hole team total at the Central District Invitational with an 879 on Feb. 21-22 in Parrish, FL, and also set the school record for team 18-hole stroke average at 300.4, eclipsing the former record by almost three strokes (2004- 303.0).
- Three Tigers were named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team including Knaebel, junior Kelli Strubinger and sophomore Stephanie Wavro. It was the second time Knaebel and Strubinger had earned the honor and the first time Wavro had received the nod from the Big 12.
- Knaebel, Strubinger, Wavro and freshman Madde Augustsson have all been named to the National Golf Coaches' Association All-Scholar team. Knaebel and Strubinger earn the award for the third time while Wavro picks up her second award and Augustsson earns her first.
- Ohlsson and Knaebel were named as team MVP's, Ohlsson was named the Most Outstanding Senior and Augustsson earned Freshman of the Year Honors at the team's end-of-the-year banquet.
