The University of Missouri football game on Oct. 1st against the 2nd-ranked Texas Longhorns has been chosen for an 11 a.m. kickoff, and will be televised by ABC Sports, as announced today by the Big 12 Conference office.
The game will mark MU's first television appearance of the 2005 season, with each following game being subject to the 12-day advance notification for television purposes.
Tickets remain available for purchase for the Texas game, as well as all remaining home games, including Oct. 15 against Iowa State (Homecoming), Oct. 22 against Nebraska, and Nov. 12 against Baylor (Senior Day).Tickets can be purchased online at www.mutigers.com, on the phone at 1-800-CAT-PAWS (884-PAWS in Columbia), or in person at the Mizzou Arena ticket office.
